Office Location:

My office address is 4925 Greenville Avenue. My office is in the One Energy Building in the Energy Square complex. A good landmark is a burger joint called The Grub Burger Bar which is located at the corner of my building and can be seen from Greenville Avenue. You may park in the surface lot or the parking garage. Please go to the second floor of One Energy to Suite 200 and tell the receptionist you are there to see me and she will call me and I will come and get you.

If you would like me to coordinate care with another provider (for example, your psychiatrist, primary care physician, etc.), complete this form to authorize release of psychotherapy information:
